Ocean Service
We prepare various services to meet the needs of our customers by classifying domestic and foreign transportation. In all types of logistics such as triangle transportation between 3 countries, transportation combined SEA & AIR SERVICES DOOR TO DOOR, CONSOLIDATED AND DISTRIBUTORS, we are trying to reduce costs and always improve service quality, dry container cargo (LCL / FCL), cold cargo, hazardous materials. In addition, project goods (Out of gauge / Break Bulk) are classified by product type and select the optimal transport method for safe loading. Cargo can be checked in real time through the ICEL tracking system. On the regional side, in Southeast Asian centered by Vietnam and China, we have superior competitiveness compared to other competitors due to our success in localization.
Air Service
Customs clearance and professional delivery with international networks through overseas branches and partners. We are moving towards fast One-stop service and are pursuing lower transportation costs using optimal Routes and Mode. In addition, we have ensured a stable space through close cooperation with airlines and consolidated companies, and we have established a "customer feedback organizational system" to share necessary information with the customer until the shipping is completed. ICEL specializes in providing air logistics services between Korea and Vietnam, air transporting urgent products such as samples, food, frozen goods the way customers want, while maintaining closed relationships with related companies to improve punctuality.
Customs
We are also responsible for checking the correct HS CODE, which is essential in the import customs clearance with FTA countries, issuing the necessary customs documents and licensing for products with complicated import procedures such as machinery, electronic products, foodstuffs and cosmetics. In addition, in Vietnam and China - specialized areas of ICEL, we provide professional management services on import and export management of EP companies, mandatory legal review for each products and used machinery, advice on the forecasted clearance risks in the short and long term.
Warehouse
Based on our extensive experience and knowledge, we carry out the Delivery Service Center duties. We carry out the process warehouse logistics as required by the customer through a series of processes such as inventory (storage, label attachment, Pick & Pack), Distribution (FIFO, Delivery at Store), Inventory Management (inventory management, Loss and Damage Management), etc. In addition, we provide label translation, quality control and electrical product functionality testing services at warehouse that are essential for detailed commercialization.
Vietnam Domestic transport
In the case of domestic transportation in Vietnam, for bulk and heavy cargo, the best route is chosen by combining sea, river, etc. and the services are provided with low rates. The route Hanoi - Ho Chi Minh is efficient in express transportation. Air express are handled by ICEL-owned trucks that provide quick connections to each city center with no day or night detention. Cross-border transport is handled via transportation between South China-Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City-Cambodia.
